YOUR VISIT

Is the Evoluon really open to visitors again?

Yes! Since September 24, 2022, Next Nature has reopened the Evoluon to the public. Currently, the exhibitions 'RetroFuture' and 'Spacefarming' are on display.

The museum will regularly launch new exhibitions and programs that invite visitors to actively participate in shaping our collective future.

I don’t like to travel heavy. Is there a wardrobe/locker for my belongings?

We have a public wardrobe and free lockers, but the space is limited, so you are not guaranteed space for your belongings.

Is there a museum shop?

Can I stick around once I have visited the exhibitions?

Absolutely! We’d love to see you enjoying the Next Nature Museum and your visit has no time limit besides our opening hours. Relax in our lounge, grab a drink on our terrace (when the weather allows us to) or enjoy a delicious meal at our fabulous (link: https://nextnature.museum/en/museum/brasserie-next text: Brasserie Next).

Are there children’s activities at the exhibitions?

We do offer a worksheet for children up to 12 which they can fill in during their visit.

My schedule is full but my children would love to come. Can they come unaccompanied?

Unfortunately not, you cannot leave children under the age of 12 unaccompanied.

Do I need to book a ticket online before my visit to the Next Nature Museum?

We recommend that you book your ticket online. It is also possible to buy your ticket(s) on-site at the Next Nature Museum.

Why do I need to book a separate ticket for the VR Time Machine?

Time travel is not for the faint hearted! Our stewards will first guide you through health and safety ensuring you have a pleasant flight. Our time machine is limited to only 6 passengers per trip. So to ensure you land back safely in this time zone, we ask you to reserve your slot with a (link: https://tickets.nextnature.net/en/vrtm/tickets text: separate ticket target: _blank).

Can I decide in the Next Nature Museum if I would like to visit the VR Time Machine?

We can book on the day, but to guarantee a flight, we recommend (link: https://tickets.nextnature.net/en/vrtm/tickets text: booking in advance target: _blank).

I won’t be able to visit the museum. Can I give my ticket to someone else?

If you are unable to visit, you can indeed give your ticket to someone else, just make sure to send them the digital ticket.

I haven’t received my ticket. What should I do?

Check your spam box! If you still didn’t receive anything, send an email to (email: business@nextnature.museum) with the name and date of booking.

Do I receive a discount with my CJP or student card?

We offer discounts for students and CJP. For museum cardholders, a visit to the museum is free.


Is the Museumkaart valid at Next Nature Museum?

Yes, we accept the Museumkaart!

Can I buy a Museumkaart at the Next Nature Museum?

No, we do not sell Museum Cards. You can purchase a Museum Card in advance at (link: https://www.museum.nl/en/museumpass text: www.museum.nl).

I don't have access to the internet and/or a smartphone. How can I reserve a ticket?

So retro! If you live locally, stop by and our crew will be more than happy to help.

Do I need to print out my ticket(s)?

That is not necessary, you may show your ticket digitally.

Can I change the date and/or time of my ticket?

Can I make a cancellation or refund enquiry?

How can I arrange a group booking?

You can book up to 30 tickets per purchase. But we won’t close our doors to larger groups! Please contact (email: business@nextnature.museum) to arrange your visit. How can I reach the Next Nature Museum?

We are very easy to reach, read the descriptions below on how to get to us by public transport and car.

How can I reach the Next Nature Museum by public transport?

We are very easy to reach. Take the train to Eindhoven Central or Eindhoven Strijp. You can then take a shared scooter or bicycle to the Evoluon. Or take the bus, which stops right in front of our UFO. Use the OV9292 travel planner for the best travel advice. You will know exactly where to go after getting out, you cannot miss the spaceship.

How can I reach the Next Nature Museum by car?

The Next Nature Museum is easily accessible by car, located in the heart of Brabant on the A2. Den Bosch, Tilburg and Weert are within half an hour's travel time. It takes less than an hour to reach us from Utrecht, Rotterdam and Maastricht. From the highway you drive directly into our parking lot, where there is more than enough parking space. Can I park my car near the Next Nature Museum?

Yes, you can. There's a paid parking lot right next to the museum that's accessible 24/7. The parking rates are €2 per hour, with a maximum of €7.50 per day.

Can I park my bicycle near the Next Nature Museum?

Yes! But there is no locked or guarded bicycle parking available.

Is the Next Nature Museum wheelchair and pram friendly?

Yes, we ensure all our facilities and the exhibitions are accessible. The Next Nature Museum has elevators to each floor and all toilets are accessible to wheelchairs. Please inform at our information desk at arrival if you would like assistance.

Is there disabled parking?

Yes.

Can I bring my (assistance) dog?

Registered assistance dogs are allowed. Please do not bring other pets.

Is Next Nature Museum safe to visit if you suffer from epilepsy?

We do not recommend those who suffer with epilepsy to visit the RetroFuture exhibition.

Is the VR Time Machine safe to visit if you suffer from epilepsy?

We do not recommend those who suffer with epilepsy to visit the VR Time Machine.

What about first aid?

We have trained employees on hand at all times.

Can I eat and/or drink something at the Next Nature Museum?

Yes, our restaurant NEXT is located opposite the lounge of the Next Nature Museum.

The restaurant accessible without a ticket to all visitors to the Next Nature Museum.

Are you allowed to take your drinks/ food into the exhibitions?

No.

Is NEXT wheelchair accessible?

NEXT is wheelchair accessible via a special route. If you come with a wheelchair, (email: business@nextnature.museum text: indicate this in advance) so that our staff can guide you.

Does NEXT also have a terrace?

Yes, in good weather our terrace with a view of the dome and the pond is open. We do not serve the NEXT menu here, you can only book inside for this.

How can I pay?

We have a pin only policy in Bar Brasserie NEXT.

Can I consume my own food & drinks in Brasserie NEXT?

No, it is not allowed to consume your own food and drinks in brasserie NEXT. This is also not allowed on the NEXT terrace.
