Digital Lemons to Make Virtual Lemonade

Scientists at the National University of Singapore succeeded in digitally transmitting the basic look and taste of a freshly poured glass of lemonade to a simple glass of water. It works as follows: use a sensory device to calculate the color and pH levels of the beverage, send these data to a special jug, which then mimics the specifications of the drink with a pulse of electricity.
