Digital Wellness Center
How do you deal with digital stress? The Digital Wellness Center helps us understand that technology is not the enemy, but can be a tool for mental peace and personal growth. The exhibition offers a combination of interactive installations and soothing environments to understand and deal with digital overload.
Unwind completely during a Breathing Session. The session, created by artist Geoffrey Lillemon, brings together sound, visuals, space and light to connect body and environment. It is an invitation to recognize, understand and actively manage your relationship with technology so that you can integrate it into your daily life in a healthy way.
Every hour, a Breathing Session begins in the Digital Wellness Center.
