Shipping
Your package will be delivered within 4-6 working days after placing the order (with the exception of international shipments where the delivery period may be longer, depending on the country of destination). We ship our packages with PostNL (track & trace code via PostNL).

Returns online
For all online purchases, we have extended our return period to 30 days. For returning your items, we request that you use our return form, but you are not obliged to do so.

Right of withdrawal
If for any reason you wish to return your online purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of receipt. This is also known as the cooling-off period. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within the 30-day cooling-off period via e-mail or post that you wish to make use of your right to dissolve the agreement. Within the 30-day period, the (unused) items to be returned must be sent back by post/courier. If there is a delay whereby this period is likely to be exceeded, please inform us as soon as possible.

By post or courier
If you wish to return the order by post or courier, this is at your own expense. We are not responsible for products that are returned to us damaged. We recommend that you use a courier service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning, or provides you with proof of postage.

Refund
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the relevant item without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days after receipt of the notification that you wish to dissolve the agreement, provided that we have actually received the relevant item back or you can demonstrate that the item has been sent back. We will refund you using the same payment method as you used to purchase the item, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, we will not charge you any costs for this refund.

Trying on items During the 30-day cooling-off period, you may use a clothing item to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, as you would be able to do in a shop. For example, you may try on the clothing item, but not wear it outside. If you return an item that has been damaged by your actions, has been washed, labels have been removed, an item is incomplete or a product contains other signs of use showing that you have used the item more extensively than described above, you are liable for the reduction in value of the item caused by you.

Defective items
In addition to your right of withdrawal, you are legally entitled to a sound item, or as the law calls it ‘a product that conforms to the agreement’. If this is unexpectedly not the case, you can – depending on the circumstances – exchange the item or receive a refund.

Complaints
Next Nature strives to provide the highest possible quality regarding its products and services. Should you unexpectedly have complaints, you can address these by e-mail to: office@nextnature.net 


If we do not resolve your complaint satisfactorily, you can also forward it to a recognised dispute resolution body via the Disputes Committee (NL) or mediation committee ECC Netherlands (EU). Next Nature reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to participate in this extrajudicial procedure.
