Planetary meeting rooms
Named after the planets, these six rooms (Saturn, Pluto, Mercury, Venus, Neptune, and Jupiter) are our most flexible meeting spaces—ideal for breakouts, workshops, or team sessions. Choose the size and setup that suits your group, from intimate to mid-sized. Need multiple rooms for a program with parallel sessions? No problem!
Star meeting rooms
Looking for a space with a bit more character? These rooms offer distinctive layouts and atmospheres that are ideal for specific types of sessions—from intimate screenings to bold presentations. They’re less standard, but all the more memorable.
- Alpha Centauri: a premium boardroom with a fixed table, executive seating, and panoramic glass walls that overlook the iconic dome and entrance to the museum. Perfect for strategy meetings and leadership sessions where atmosphere matters.
- Gemini: a spacious, flexible room in the basement, perfect for an informal gathering space. The layout includes large pillars, giving it character but also some sightline quirks—great for groups that don’t mind a bold setting.
- Castor: a large meeting room with its own atmosphere, and pillars matching Gemini, ideal for presentations or lectures.
- Pollux: a small cinema-style room with fixed seating. Perfect for film screenings, product demos, or plenary moments in a larger program.
