More and more young people move within the small frame of their phone screens, especially on TikTok. Even while dancing, they unknowingly remain within an imaginary frame to create the perfect video. Dancing in the Frame brings this to life. Step inside a life-sized phone and experience the limitations of the digital frame for yourself. Sensors inside the frame detect when you move outside the edges and give a signal. This allows you to discover how your freedom is limited by the screen, even when you think you are free.
Together with other participants, you will create your own short performance: jumping, turning, walking, free running, experimenting with space and camera images. It's all about your creativity and energy!
